Since 1973, GCS has had a long-standing tradition of educating students for this life and eternity.
All GCS students have a dedicated, daily time of spiritual instruction in Bible classes or chapel services. GCS students are taught from a biblical worldview in all academic classes. Our goal is that students will be taught the love that God offers them in salvation through Jesus Christ. Students are taught to grow in the likeness of Christ mentally, physically, spiritually, and socially. Students are encouraged and given opportunities to serve the body of Christ with their time, talents, and treasure. Students are trained to share the gospel message with others.
GCS exceeds the national average on yearly achievement testing in grades K5-12. Our high school students exceed state and national averages on the ACT and SAT college readiness tests. GCS students who pursue college education are accepted to a wide variety of colleges and universities.
GCS offers a thriving Fine Arts program from Elementary through High School. The GCS Fine Arts program is nationally recognized. Whether in art, music, or drama, students will find excellent instruction and opportunities to use their talents for the Lord.
Junior and Senior High students can take advantage of a full athletic program for men and women in both JV and Varsity sports. Opportunities are available in soccer, basketball, volleyball, cheerleading, baseball, and golf. Youth League athletics are available to students in kindergarten through 6th grade through Grace Baptist Church.
