We have so many new faces around GCS this year! Each week for the next few newsletters, we will highlight both a new staff member and a returning staff member to help all of us get to know each other better.

Deidre Ward | Miss Ward has been at Grace since January of 1989. Over her time here at GCS, Miss Ward has taught 7th-12th English,  SC History, and Art Appreciation. Other roles she has held are Cheerleading coach and Yearbook sponsor. Today, Miss Ward continues to teach 9th-12th English and serve as our Yearbook sponsor. In her spare time, she enjoys reading a good book.

Lindsey Cunningham | Mrs. Cunningham has been a part of Grace since 2020. Originally an employee in the daycare, Mrs. Cunningham now works as the K5 class assistant. She has 5 children that all attend GCS, and 2 happen to be in the class she assists. Besides helping with the K5 program, Mrs. Cunningham also acts as an aid in the elementary. She is a huge blessing to the our elementary teachers by covering their classrooms when they need a break and helping with any classroom needs.

Beth Kizzire | Mrs. Kizzire has been a teacher at Grace since 2001, but she has been at GCS longer than that. Mrs. Kizzire is a graduate of Grace Christian School, and as a student, she was active in sports and in music. After college, she came back to teach K5 and has stayed there ever since. She and her husband both serve as teachers here and their 4 children attend Grace.
