Last week, the seventh through twelfth grade attended our annual school retreat at Camp Longridge. Despite some rain, everyone enjoyed their time at the lake. Besides the usual swimming, canoeing, and blobbing, a new feature called the iceberg combined swimming and rock climbing.
Our special speaker this year was Evangelist Tom Farrell who challenged our students on their testimonies, prayer life, and a sermon on “dead flies.” We were excited to see many decisions from our students. Although the annual campfire testimony was rained out, we moved it inside and were able to hear what the Lord was doing in many of our student’s hearts.
